on-line tools vs. software
So far, I have taken a look at Google Docs and Snipshot - I love them both! I'm really looking forward to using Google Docs at home, since I don't have Word on my home computer (only WordPerfect), so this will make things much easier when trying to do things at home, for work.

You may want to try the collaboration features of Google Docs. It will blow your mind away to see how easy it is to share and collaborate with other people on documents,
